About the Attorney
Born and raised in southwest Georgia, Attorney Lance Lott attended Valdosta State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. He then moved to Texas and continued his education at Southern Methodist University, earning a Juris Doctorate. With a passion for helping others, Lance started his career at non-profit organizations specializing in immigration legal services, where he honed his skills in representing clients in various immigration matters, including USCIS and removal proceedings.
Throughout his experience, Lance has represented clients in front of USCIS and EOIR removal proceedings, including requesting immigration bonds for detained clients. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Alabama, and New York, and is admitted to practice in federal courts in the Northern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to English, Lance also speaks Spanish and French, making him well-equipped to serve a diverse range of clients.
